In Aoi, Adachi, Ice Plant offers shaved ice with generous helpings of handmade syrups and toppings, alongside a selection of approachable chilled sweets. Black Sesame Kinako, for example, layers the toasty flavors of kinako and black sesame with the gentle sweetness of condensed milk, bringing a mellow richness with every bite.

For a more pronounced fruit flavor, choices include Mango Orange and Strawberry Milk with Fruit Pulp, as well as a range of fruit options such as Shinshu Chikuma apricot. With fruit arranged over the ice, these refreshing bowls make a pleasant stop during a summer stroll. Rich Matcha Milk brings a deep tea flavor, while Matcha Shiratama Azuki comes with chewy shiratama rice-flour dumplings. Both offer a satisfying pairing of sweetness and gentle bitterness.

Beyond shaved ice, the menu ranges from shakes and sundaes to sweets such as shiratama cream anmitsu and kuzukiri, with seasonal specials as well. As autumn begins, sweet potato sundaes and sweet potato shakes may appear, pairing purple sweet potato ice cream or sweet potato chips for a more substantial treat. In cooler weather, oden featuring daikon soaked in broth may also join the menu.
